Thermo-electric cooling.  The cooler came in and here I am testing it.  The smaller heatsink side is the cooling side and the larger is the heating side.  Both sides will require a fan.  Well the heating side is a must for the fan to disperse the heat.  Testing was good - hot side got "hot" real fast.
